The Detention Center page identifies the local jail facility and links jail operations topics such as inmate mail, inmate property, medical, culinary program, and visitation. The inspected official sources did not publish jail capacity, commissary prices, phone-call rates, mail formatting rules, or a full visitor dress code, so those details should be confirmed directly with the Sheriff's Office when needed.
Pueblo County inmate records are custody records, not a complete criminal history. A person can appear in the jail roster because of a new arrest, a warrant, a bond issue, a sentence, or a hold tied to another court. Pueblo County Inmate Profiles
An inmate profile is a custody snapshot. It can show charges and bond amounts, but it does not prove conviction. Charges may be pending, amended, dismissed, or resolved later in court. Public restrictions are also important. The official app code did not expose Social Security numbers, addresses, medical flags, suicide-watch status, protective custody status, or jail housing/pod fields.
Pueblo County Detention Center
The Pueblo County Detention Center is the local facility for county jail custody. The Sheriff's Office main office is a separate address, so visitors and requesters should distinguish the jail from the Sheriff administrative office. The research did not identify a second Pueblo County jail facility for this page.

Pueblo County Inmate Visitation
The Pueblo County inmate visitation page uses GettingOut for remote and on-site video visitation scheduling. On-site visits occur through wall-mounted kiosks in the jail lobby and are free, but lobby kiosk visits are limited to 80 minutes per inmate per week. Segregation visits follow a special out-time rule.

Inmate Money and Contact
The jail web services menu lists Access Corrections for cash deposits and Access Catalog for commissary with Pueblo ProgramID 1094. It also links inmate telephone services, bond-posting instructions, and the Colorado Courts Docket Search for court dates. Because the inspected sources did not publish exact deposit limits, call prices, or commissary fees, those figures should not be assumed from other counties.

Those fields help identify why a person is in custody and what bond information is visible to the public, but the case can still change after advisement, arraignment, plea negotiations, dismissal, trial, or sentencing.
For court dates after booking, the jail web services page points users back to Colorado Courts Docket Search. That link matters because the roster may show the custody side while the docket shows hearing date, appearance type, courtroom, and case number. If the roster lists a case number, use it with the docket search or a Clerk of Court record request. If the roster lists only charge and bond data, search by name and Pueblo County in the court docket system.

Pueblo County Custody Fallbacks

Pueblo County Jail Records Requests

Court case documents, however, should go to the Clerk of Court or Colorado Judicial record request form.
The distinction matters in Pueblo County because the detention center, the Sheriff main office, the Pueblo Combined Court, and Pueblo Municipal Court each hold different records. A jail record can confirm custody or booking data. A docket can confirm court events. A Clerk of Court record request can seek the case file or certified copies. A municipal matter may need Pueblo Municipal Court rather than the state court clerk.
Requests should be routed by record owner. The Sheriff is the right office for jail custody records, booking-related records, and law-enforcement records within the Sheriff's control. Pueblo Combined Court is the right office for court case documents, certified criminal dispositions, and docket-linked case records. Pueblo Municipal Court is the right office for city ordinance or municipal traffic matters. Colorado DOC and the Federal Bureau of Prisons are fallbacks only after a person leaves the county jail system for state or federal custody.
